Participants are kindly asked to fill the registration form, providing all the requested data needed to issue an invoice according to the current Italian laws.

Please note that the registration form can be filled only if you are able to provide some data which are necessary according to the current Italian laws. In particular, you will be asked to fill the following fields:

  • Your personal data, including phone, fax, e-mail, institution (please leave the fields Student and Advisor blank if you are not a student)
  • Your institution data, including phone, fax and e-mail
  • Number of accompanying persons and particular requests, if any
  • Appropriate registration fee (based upon your status and calendar time of your payment, i.e. early, regular or late fee)
  • Invoice holder (in general your institution/company; otherwise you, the participant)
  • If the invoice holder is
    • Institution in the European Union: VAT number of your institution (mandatory)
    • Institution in extra-EU countries: TAX ID number of your institution (mandatory)
    • Italian Participant: Codice Fiscale (Italian fiscal code) (mandatory)
    • Not Italian Participant: PDF copy of your Passport (mandatory) and Codice Fiscale (Italian fiscal code) (not mandatory but preferred if you already have one)
    Please note that once the invoice is issued under either your name or your institution name, it is not possible to change it.
If you have not paid the registration fee, you can fill the form to reserve a seat and we will keep it for a reasonable time but we encourage you to send us by e-mail or fax a copy of the bank transfer at your earliest convenience.
According to the Italian law, public servants in Italian institutions, e.g. employees (but not students and post-docs) at CNR, State Universities, Banca d'Italia, etc., are exempt from VAT. We invite all participants, who are public servants in Italian institutions, to pay the amount without VAT.

There is a regular (with payment by April 15th 2023) registration fee without accommodation of
  • EUR 600 (22% VAT included) for students and postdocs
  • EUR 800 (655.7377 + 22% VAT) for people from academic and non-profit organisations
  • EUR 1000 (819.6721 + 22% VAT) for all the others
There is a late (for payment after April 15th 2023) registration fee without accommodation of
  • EUR 700 (22% VAT included) for students and postdocs
  • EUR 900 (737.7049 + 22% VAT) for people from academic and non-profit organisations
  • EUR 1100 (901.6393 + 22% VAT) for all the others
If the course room is full, some places in a classroom adjacent will be made available by applying a 10% discount to the previous registration fees. In that additional room it will be possible to follow the lessons on video while maintaining all the advantages of the other participants (lunch, coffee break, social dinner, talks with the lecturer during the breaks, the opportunity for participants to present their work and discuss it with the lecturer in a special session,...).

The registration fee includes teaching materials, two lunches, social dinner and coffee breaks.

It is possible to reimburse 30% of the paid amount for cancellations received in writing by April 15th 2023. No reimbursement is possible after that date.
Payments can be made by Bank transfer or Credit Card
